One price. No surprises.

• Signing up starts a 14-day trial for your organisation — no payment details required.
• The trial includes everything: there is no feature-limited tier to outgrow mid-evaluation.
• When the trial ends, events you haven't purchased become read-only. Nothing is deleted — your setup, exhibitors, and documents stay exactly as you left them.
• Purchasing an event unlocks it again, immediately.

£5,000 per event, one-time (prices exclude VAT). You pay per event you run, not per exhibitor, per user, or per month. Checkout is handled by Stripe from your billing page; the charge covers that event for its whole lifecycle.

Included with every event:

• Unlimited exhibitor accounts and users
• Compliance Lighthouse document review with the full audit trail
• AI concierge for every exhibitor
• The complete organiser control room: floor heatmap, review queue, launch readiness
• Transactional email to exhibitors (invites, reminders, notifications)

If a purchase is refunded, the event returns to its locked (read-only) state — the same state an unpaid event has after the trial. Your data is preserved either way. Refund requests go through support, and the refund itself is processed by Stripe back to the original payment method.
