For organisers

From signup to launch-ready.

One guided journey takes a new organiser from creating an account to a live, exhibitor-facing event. Here is each step as it appears in the product.

The journey

  1. Create your workspace
Sign up at standwyse.com/signup. The signup wizard walks through four short steps — your account, your workspace, your first event, then review & launch — and starts your 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed to begin.
  2. Set up the event
After sign-in you continue straight into Event setup: the event basics (name, dates, venue), branding, the checklist templates every exhibitor will receive, and the documents each exhibitor must provide. For document requirements you can attach a compliance rubric — the rules that make a document acceptable, such as a minimum insurance cover and an expiry date beyond the event. Starter rubrics for common documents are included, and a short product tour introduces the dashboard the first time you land on it.
  3. Invite exhibitors
From the Exhibitors area, create an account for each exhibiting company and invite its contacts by email. Each company gets its own private workspace — its checklist, documents, profile, and team. One account can have several users; one of them is the exhibitor admin who manages the rest.
  4. Track readiness
The organiser dashboard is your control room. The floor heatmap colours every stand by its readiness score — green on track, amber needs attention, red at risk — and the review queue ranks the next thing to look at by risk and how close the deadline is. Uploaded documents arrive with an AI verdict and evidence already attached, so review is a confirmation, not a reading exercise.
  5. Launch
The Launch readiness view gates go-live behind organiser checks across setup, operational, communications, and content criteria. Launch is deliberate and logged: the event stays gated until the mandatory checks are complete, and the recommendation is not to send exhibitor invites until they are.

What happens during the trial

The trial runs at the organisation level for 14 days with everything included — there is no feature-limited tier. When the trial ends, unpaid events become read-only (your data is never deleted) and purchasing an event unlocks it again. The details are on the billing page.
